Payment in full is expected at each appointment. Our office provides all patients with the anticipated payments required at each visit. If there are any questions before arriving for an appointment, please call the office and our staff will be happy to discuss this with you.
For your convenience, the following programs are available to help plan your dental investment:
Plan 1: Payment at the time of service for all fees to date: Cash, Check, M/C, Visa, Money Orders are accepted.
Plan 2: All charges are due and payable at time of service. A finance charge of 1.5% (annual 18%) will be applied to any unpaid balance after 60 days.
Plan 3: A third-party payer.
MOST MAJOR DENTAL PLANS ACCEPTED. WE ALSO OFFER A SLIDING FEE SCHEDULE TO LOW-INCOME, UNINSURED PATIENTS. Learn more.
