No-Shows & Cancellations
Courtesy is our Policy.
Sprout Dental maintains a strict “no-show policy.” All patients must call us two business days in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Anyone who fails to show for three appointments without calling us will be dismissed from our practice. Three strikes, you’re out.
We also have a “broken appointment” policy here at Sprout Dental. A “broken appointment” is one that’s cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. We also define broken appointments as appointments where the patient (child) is present but not the parent or guardian. “Broken appointments” are subject to a $75 fee each time.
